Welcome to Minimal Podcast (“Minimal” or “Platform” or “We”). These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of our platform available through our application. By using the Platform, You (“User” or “You”) agree to comply with and be bound by the Terms set forth herein.
By accessing or using any part of the Platform, You agree to the Terms. If You do not agree with any part of the Terms, do not use the Platform.
Minimal reserves the right to change the Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and the date of the last update will be modified. We recommend that You review the Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
To use the Platform, You must be at least 18 years old or legally emancipated, or have parental or guardian consent and be fully capable of accepting the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties described herein.

You agree to use the Platform only for purposes permitted by the Terms and in accordance with all laws, regulations, and generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions.
You are responsible for all content that You submit, post, or display on the Platform. You grant Minimal a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any content You post on the Platform.
All intellectual property rights in the Platform and its content are owned by Minimal or its licensors. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform or its content without Minimal’s prior written consent.
Minimal reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to, violation of the Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Minimal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Platform; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; (iii) any content obtained from the Platform; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
These Terms will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of São Paulo, SP, Brazil.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between You and Minimal regarding the use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements between You and Minimal.

Our app offers two types of subscription plans: Monthly Plan: Payment: Monthly Renewal: Automatic Cancellation: Can be canceled at any time through the Apple or Play Store subscription center. Annual Plan: Payment: Annual Renewal: Automatic Cancellation: Can be canceled at any time through the Apple or Play Store subscription center. Both plans are automatically renewed at the end of the corresponding subscription period. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time directly in the Apple or Play Store subscription center. Upon cancellation, access to premium content will be maintained until the end of the current subscription period, but will not be renewed for the next cycle. Both plans offer unlimited access to all app features such as episode downloads, notifications, and playlists.
